Georgina Grey is a novelist who has been published by HarperCollins in the UK. Her debut novel, The Night We Said Yes, was published in 2010 and was a Sunday Times top ten bestseller for five weeks. It was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award and won the Betty Trask Award in 2011. Her second novel, Losing Edwina, a ghost story set in a country house, was published in 2012 and was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award
She has also written a book of short stories, The Ghost of the Zulu King, published in 2014. In 2015 she wrote her first non-fiction work about the founder of Nairobi's largest hospital, Dr Michael Mboya. She is currently working on a psychological thriller called The Girl from Kibera.
